Sometimes winter can be the toughess time of the year to motivate ourselves as runners or otherwise. I thought I would try to post some motivational stuff midweek for the rest of the winter to help fight some of those winter blues. I hope you will agree that the video below is extremely inspirational and motivating.

this is def one of my favorite focus points "finish strong". the tufts 10k in boston that i've run for 3 years in a row now has a slogan that i love: "start strong... finish stronger" :) have a great day!
